Through this scientific exchange program, the observer follows professionals in sponsoring institutions in their clinical and surgical routines.
Observers cannot have direct contact with the patient and must adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. They are there strictly to observe.
